Emma Devanny attended Villa for four years starting as a 5th grader in the fall of 2008. While here she formed great relationships with the students and teachers and developed a love for learning for the first time in her life. Emma graduated 8th grade in 2012 and went to The Marvelwood School in Kent, Connecticut where she was able to apply what was learned at Villa Maria and have an amazing high school experience. After high school she attended Sacred Heart University where she graduated with a BS in Psychology. She is currently attending Post University to receive her Master’s degree in Counseling.

Mark Katz attended Villa Maria from 2008-2012. While a student at Villa, Mark was known as a history buff and always made people laugh. He was also President of the Student Council in seventh grade. After leaving Villa, he went on to The Storm King School in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York. He graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut with a public relations major and a minor in history. While at Quinnipiac, he was a Member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. He is also a competitive powerlifter and was a two-time 1,000 pound club member at Quinnipiac. Mark was also an orientation leader for two years. Mark currently works as a salesperson at Kravet Realty, a commercial real estate firm.
